Shipping & Delivery

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, & Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Items sent to P.O. Boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

Route Package Insurance

Reebok is proud to partner with Route, a leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout, your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate event your order does not arrive or is damaged, you can easily file a claim with Route for a refund. We highly recommend selecting Route at checkout for peace of mind.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards can only be used in-store, while digital gift cards are valid exclusively on reebok.com.

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes to the shipping address or order contents are not possible. If a shipment is returned to us, original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Reebok is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure you select Route Insurance at checkout for package protection.
